Some 1,200 participants gathered for the three-day event - ministers, state secretaries and legal experts from 40 countries including Croatian Justice Minister Ana Lovrin.
Croatia, as a candidate for EU membership, regularly participates in forums of this kind as it will conduct (EU accession) negotiations in the area of the judiciary and as it is adjusting its standards and regulations to those of the European Union, the minister told Croatian reporters.
The first three forums took place in Nurenberg, Athens and Geneva.
