After the successful injecting of fresh capital in the Bosnian company, INA and MOL were entered into the registry of securities of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina as Energopetrol stock-holders on 29 March, the Croatian oil company reported on Monday.
INA now holds 1,840,129 regular shares (33.5 percent) and Hungary's MOL holds 1,840,129 regular shares (33.5 percent).
The stock capital of the Bosnian company has been raised to 68.66 million convertible marks with the injection of capital by the new shareholders.
