Djapic said that the so-called Brijuni transcripts, "the failed international arbitration with Slovenia", and Croatia's foreign policy and diplomacy we a "complete fiasco, underlining that two and a half years ago the incumbent government authenticated the Brijuni transcripts. The so called Brijuni transcripts are minutes from meetings the late president Franjo Tudjman held with Croatia's military and political leaders.
Djapic holds the entire state leadership responsible for the Croatia's current position in The Hague. The entire burden is now exclusively on defence attorneys because Croatia failed to obtain the status of amicus curiae, Djapic said adding that this represented a complete fiasco of Croatia's diplomacy.
