The head of the HVIDRA branch, Miljenko Kolobaric, told reporters on Sunday that Bajic had failed to launch proceedings against numerous military and civil officials from the former Yugoslavia who participated in the aggression against Croatia and committed war crimes against civilians and POWs, and genocide.
