Some of the museums engaged in the action will be open from 1800 hrs Friday (January 26) to 0100 hrs after the midnight, and some will be open throughout the night and entrance is free.
The action includes cultural events such as concerts, plays and thematic guiding, and some museums are going to offer breakfast to visitors staying inside all the night.
This year's Museum Night is also designed to raise public awareness about Croatia's rich cultural heritage.
This will also serve as an opportunity to mark te 100th anniversary of the Museum of the City of Zagreb and the 400th anniversary of the establishment of the National and University Library.
