The EUR 250,000 project was implemented in the last seven months and was financed by the European Union under IPA 2007. The Polish Ministry of Finance was a partner in this, in co-operation with the Croatian Ministry of Finance.
Speaking of the importance of the project for the policy chapter No. 33 (Finance and Budgetary Provisions) within Croatia's EU accession negotiations, an official of the EU Delegation to Croatia, Paolo Berizzi, said this chapter would be provisionally closed among the last ones due to the fact that some things related to the budget should be agreed upon at the very end of the negotiations.
