SARAJEVO, Feb 22 (Hina) - The justice ministry of Bosnia-Herzegovina
has not yet made a decision on extraditing to Croatia Bojan Guduric,
one of several men indicted for the assassination of Ivo Pukanic and
Niko Franjic, because it is waiting for the State Court of
Bosnia-Herzegovina to formulate its position on a request from Serbia
for Guduric's transfer to Belgrade, Bosnia's assistant justice
minister, Nikola Sladoje, told Hina on Monday.
