BRUSSELS, Feb 18 (Hina) - COREPER, the Committee of Permanent
Representatives in the European Union, made up of heads or deputy
heads of missions from EU member states in Brussels, on Thursday
decided to unblock the policy chapter No. 23 on the Judiciary and
Fundamental Rights within Croatia's EU accession negotiations and
called on Croatia to forward its position on the chapter. The
committee also greenlighted the opening of another two chapters --
Environment and Fisheries.
