(hereinafter: the Company) announces that a meeting of the Company’s management Board was held on September 22th, 2023, at which the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial statements of the Company for the first half of 2023. were considered and adopted and would be sent to the Supervisory Board and the Assembly of the Company for approval.
