According to Article 135 of the Rules of Zagreb Stock Exchange, Zagrebački holding d.o.o. (hereinafter: the Company) announces that:
- on September 22th, 2023, a session of the Company’s Management Board will be held,
- on September 25th, 2023, a session of the Supervisory Board and the Assembly of the Company will be held, where the unaudited consolidated and separate financial statements of the Company for the first half of 2023. will be considered.
