Based on the provisions of Market Abuse Regulation no. 596/2014, Stock Exchange Rules and Articles 260.a and 262. of the Companies Act, herewith Span d.d. ("Company") informs that on April 27th, 2023, received the resignation of Mr. Jasmin Kotur as President and Member of the Company's Supervisory Board and the resignation of Mr. Zvonimir Banek as a Member of the Company's Supervisory Board. Both resignations were given for personal reasons and will take effect on June 14th, 2023. When submitting proposals for new members of the Supervisory Board, it is the intention of the Company to comply with the provisions of the Code of Corporate Governance of the Zagreb Stock Exchange d.o.o. and the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, on the independence of Supervisory Board members and the composition of the Supervisory Board, which includes members of different genders, ages, profiles and experiences.
