- we hereby inform you, that on April 28th, 2023, a meeting of the Management Board of the company Span d.d. (“Company”) will be held, followed by a meeting of the Company's Supervisory Board, at which the following will be considered and decided on:
• The audited financial statements of the Span Group (consolidated) and the Company (non-consolidated) for the year ended December 31st, 2022,
• Proposal of the Decision on the use of profits,
• Proposal of the Decision on harmonizing the share capital with the euro by increasing the share capital in accordance with the Act on the introduction of the euro as the official currency in the Republic of Croatia and the Companies Act,
• Other decisions proposals that will be sent to the General Assembly of the Company for adoption.
Furthermore, the Company hereby informs that the meeting of the Company's Management Board at which the unaudited financial statements of Span Group (consolidated) and the Company (unconsolidated) for the period 1.1.2023-31.03.2023 will be considered, is to be held on April 28th, 2023.
