We hereby inform the investment public that the Assembly of the company Zagreb Holding Ltd. at the session held on February 13th, 2023, appointed Kristijan Starčević as a new member of the Supervisory Board for a term of 4 years.
At the same session Rajko Bajakić resigned from the position of the Supervisory Board member due to personal reasons, which enters into force on February 13th, 2023.
