We hereby inform you, as the aforementioned Issuer of the Shares which have been introduced to the Official market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, that on December 20th, 2022, we received a letter of „Notification on changes in the proportion of voting rights“ in accordance with Article 482 of the Capital Market Act.
