Notice on the transaction performed by a person performing managerial duties within the Issuer
In accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council as of April 16th, 2014 on market abuse (Regulation on market abuse) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directive 2003/124/ EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72 / EC and Article 2 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/523 of March 10th, 2016 on setting implementing technical standards regarding the format and template for the notification and publication of transactions by managers in accordance with Regulation (EU) ) no. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council, we hereby inform you that on December 16th, 2022, we received a notification from Mr. Marijan Pongrac from Zagreb, Franje Petračića 1, on the disposal of 30.000 shares of Span d.d. (SPAN-R-A). Mr. Marijan Pongrac is a Member of the Management Board.
On December 16th, 2022, Mr. Pongrac disposed 30.000 shares of Span d.d., on the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange d.d., as a block transaction. The details of the transactions are set out in the Template for notifying the transactions of persons performing managerial duties and persons closely related to them and for publishing these transactions, which is attached to this Notice.
