During his tour, the diplomat spoke about the potential of Dalmatia in renewable sources and added that for young people, the sky is the only limit when it comes to innovative ideas.
Young people should dare to learn things for which their professors or parents may not give support, and the University of Split is a good basis for such endeavours, said the ambassador.
According to him, Split students could join the Israeli two-year "NeuroData" graduate programme in brain and data science.
The head of the UNIST technology park, Sven Gotovac, said that the university had held talks with the ambassador on the participation of Israeli students in Split's startup conferences and regatta.
The 2,500-square technology park was opened in September 2020. It has 26 modular offices and co-working space, three offices for support institutions, an office for an accelerator programme, a hardware laboratory and other amenities.
