Management Board members of INA delegated by MOL, Ferenc Horváth and József Simola both resigned on September 16, 2022, despite engaging in no way whatsoever in the wrongful practices around INA that surfaced in late August.
They will continue performing their duties as the members of the Management Board of INA until the appointment of their successors in order to secure the continuity of the company’s operation.
