Notification of delivery of prescribed market sensitive information to the competent authority regulatory bodies.
We hereby notify you as the Issuer, which is listed at the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange d.d., that we have submitted all the prescribed documentation or documents to the competent regulators as following: the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) and the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) in the Official Gazette of the Regulated Information (SRPI), according to the relevant articles of the Stock Exchange Rules and the Capital Market Act, with respect to the financial statements confirmed by the Management Board and accepted by the Supervisory Board at their meetings held on 28th February 2022 which relate to the unaudited separate and consolidated financial statements for the fourth quarter of 2021.
