Release of PODRAVKA Inc. shares - Transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities - Notice:
Pursuant to the provisions of the Article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation), and the Article 120 of the Zagreb Exchange Rules, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that Vedran Kelek, Director of the New Markets Sector, on January 18th 2022 released 260 ordinary shares of the Company by trading on Zagreb Stock Exchange.
In accordance with the Implementing Regulation No. 2016/523, information about the transaction is stated on the Template for notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, which is enclosed as an integral part of this Notice.
