Following the announcement of November 4, 2021, Dalekovod, d.d. (hereinafter: the Company) informs the public that the preparatory hearings which were to be held on 20.01.2022. in cases under business numbers: P-1277/2021 and P-1296/2021 before the Commercial Court in Zagreb, due to lawsuits against the Company by minority shareholders to refute the decisions of the General Assembly of the Company held on 30.06.2021., have been postponed.
New dates of the hearing will be determined later.
