At today's meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Company, the following decisions were made. Function of the management board chairman of the Company Hrvoje Veselko, residing in Šestinska cesta 52, Zagreb, changes so that he becomes a management board member of the Company, authorised to represent the Company jointly with the management board chairman or another management board member.
Mr. Mubarak Ali Abdulla Hamad Alkhalifa, residing in residing in Villa 1791, Road 4648, Block 946, Awali, Bahrain, is appointed as the new management board chairman of the Company, authorised to represent the Company jointly with another management board member.
