Changes in the membership of the Management Board Pursuant to the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Sunce hoteli d.d., Trpinjska 9, Zagreb, OIB: 06916431329 ("Sunce" or the "Company"), hereby announces that Mr. Ivan Potkrajčić today, September 17, 2021, resigned as a member of the Management Board of the Company. The resignation shall take effect from the moment of appointment of a new member of the Management Board of the Company, and no later than within three months from today.
