Sunce hoteli d.d., Trpinjska 9, Zagreb, PIN: 06916431329 („Issuer“ ili „Company“) hereby announces that it has received a notification („Notification“) of Mr. Jako Andabak, Mrs. Danica Andabak and companies Lucidus d.d. and Eagle Hills Zagreb Real Estate d.o.o. regarding a change in the percentage of voting rights in the Company pursuant to the Article 482. of Capital Market Act. Notification is enclosed.
The Issuer was informed of signing of the Share Purchase Agreement relating to the shares of the company SUNCE HOTELI d.d., OIB 06916431329, Trpinjska 9, Zagreb and the business shares of the company SUNCE ULAGANJA d.o.o., Trpinjska 9, Zagreb, OIB 33604047277, which was concluded on 23 March 2021, between Mr. Jako Andabak, OIB 37634999594, Ms. Danica Andabak, OIB 68052127752, Ms. Ružica Andabak, OIB 51080208254, Ms. Ivana Andabak, OIB 61577550400 and the company LUCIDUS d.d., OIB 04034287331, as the Sellers and Eagle Hills Zagreb Real Estate d.o.o., Zagreb, Hektorovićeva ulica 2, OIB 63572346734 as the Purchaser.
By the date of this Notice, the Issuer has not been informed that there has been a transfer of the Issuer's shares and business shares of the company SUNCE ULAGANJA d.o.o. to the Purchaser, since the aquisition in question is subject to the fulfillment of several conditions precedent, pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement.
Therefore, the Issuer submits a Notice Regarding Change in Voting Rights pursuant to the Article 482. of Capital Market Act, due to caution.
