Notice regarding the announcement of the price in the process of selling the shares of SUNCE HOTELI d.d.
The Issuer herewith informs the public that the Management Board of the company LUCIDUS d.d., Trpinjska 9, OIB: 04034287331 (hereinafter: Company) published the convocation to the General Assembly of the Company, on 25 March 2021, on the website of the the Court Registry of the Commercial Court of Zagreb, with a proposal of the decision on providing endorsement to the Management Board of the Company, for the conclusion of the Share Purchase Agreement relating to the shares of the company SUNCE HOTELI d.d., OIB 06916431329, Trpinjska 9, Zagreb and the business shares of the company SUNCE ULAGANJA d.o.o., Trpinjska 9, Zagreb, OIB 33604047277, which was concluded on 23 March 2021, between Mr. Jako Andabak, OIB 37634999594, Ms. Danica Andabak, OIB 68052127752, Ms. Ružica Andabak, OIB 51080208254, Ms. Ivana Andabak, OIB 61577550400 and the company LUCIDUS d.d., OIB 04034287331, as the Sellers and Eagle Hills Zagreb Real Estate d.o.o., Zagreb, Hektorovićeva ulica 2, OIB 63572346734 as the Purchaser.
Pursuant to the subject Agreement, LUCIDUS d.d. sells all of the shares of SUNCE HOTELI d.d. in its ownership, i.e. 1.146.420 shares of the company SUNCE HOTELI d.d., which shares in aggregate represent 19,25% of the share capital for the purchase price of 27.893.484,41 EUR.
