ZAGREB, 8 March (Hina) - Privredna Banka Zagreb (PBZ) has scheduled a general shareholders' meeting for 26 April at which the shareholders will decide on whether to delist all 19,074,769 shares from the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) and retain last year's profit of nearly HRK 817 million, the bank said in an invitation to the meeting on Monday.
