Pursuant to the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Sunce hoteli d.d., Trpinjska 9, Zagreb, OIB: 06916431329 ("Sunce" or the "Company"), hereby announces that on Friday, February 26, 2021, the session of the Management Board of the Company was held during which the unaudited consolidated and unconsolidated financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter of 2020 and for the year ended 31 December 2020 were adopted. The related financial reports will be published in accordance with the relevant regulation.
