Following the inquiry of the Zagreb Stock Exchange about media inscriptions on the sale of the company Sunce hoteli d.d. (“Issuer”), the Issuer's Management Board hereby informs the investment public that the allegations in these articles can neither be confirmed nor refuted, as there is no knowledge of the intentions of individual shareholders to sell their shares or the intentions of any investor to acquire shares.
Any relations between the shareholders and any of the investors cannot be commented on by the Management Board of the Issuer precisely because of the mentioned lack of knowledge about them.
The Issuer's Management Board will regularly inform the public in accordance with all its legal obligations as soon as any of the legally prescribed information becomes known to it.
