No. MBS: 080000959, VAT Number: OIB: 79766124714, has adopted, pursuant to Articles 28 and 29, paragraph 3 of the Articles of Association of INSTITUT IGH, d.d. as well as pursuant to Article 8 of the Rules of procedure of the company's Supervisory Board, on 8 February, 2021, without holding a session, and pursuant to a vote held from 6 February to 8 February 2021, the following:
