Pursuant to Article 474 of the Capital Market Act, Institut IGH, d.d. (Hereinafter: Company) notifies that, based on the Decision on sale of own shares of the Company Institut IGH, d.d. dated 10 December 2020, the Company AGRAM Brokeri, joint stock brokerage company made the following transactions in the name and on behalf of the Company, for the sale of own shares of the Company (own shares) on the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE):
- On 3 February 2021, 203 shares mark IGH-R-A was sold at the average weighted price of HRK 151,43 per share, which represents 0,03% of the Company’s share capital.
- On 4 February 2021, 997 shares mark IGH-R-A were sold at the average weighted price of HRK 149,77 per share, which represents 0,16% of the Company's share capital.
Details of the subject transactions are given in the Communication attached to this Notification.
After these transactions, Institut IGH, d.d. owns 12.159 own shares in total, which represents 1,98% of the Company's share capital. Share capital amounts to HRK 116.604.710,00 divided into 613.709 shares without nominal amount
