Atlantic Grupa d.d. (hereinafter: “Company”) hereby announces that, as the Issuer of the bonds with the ticker symbol 3ATG (ATGR-O-216A), international securities identification number (ISIN) HRATGRO216A9, and the maturity in 2021 (“Bonds”), the Company executed the cancellation of all the unredeemed Bonds on 17 December 2020.
The cancellation was executed in accordance with the Issue and Admission Prospectus of the Bonds dated 7 June 2016, the Company Management Board’s Decision dated 26 October 2020, and the Notice on the cancellation of the Bonds dated 30 October 2020.
The payment of the cancellation price and relevant interest was performed through the Central Depository and Clearing Company (SKDD) and the corporate action of forced early redemption of the Bonds was conducted.
In line with the decision on delisting, which will be issued by the Zagreb Stock Exchange, the Bonds will be delisted from the Official market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
