Pursuant to Article 459, paragraph 3 of the Capital Market Act (OG 65/2018, 17/2020), Atlantic Grupa d.d., Miramarska 23, Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company) hereby informs that the Management Board has on 19 November 2020 adopted the Decision on the issue of the Company’s bonds in the total nominal amount of up to HRK 300,000,000.00, denomination per bond of HRK 1,000.00, at a fixed annual interest rate with a semi-annual payment of interest and a single maturity after 5 (five) years, together with their listing on the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Inc. (hereinafter: the Transaction), all of the above provided that all approvals required for executing the Transaction prescribed by positive regulations are obtained.
The application for admission of the bonds to trading on the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange shall be submitted at the latest immediately after the issuance of the bonds, and the Company shall timely publish information on any further conditions of the Transaction.
