Decision on the sale of own shares of the Company Institut IGH d.d.
The Management Board of the Company INSTITUT IGH, d.d. at its session held on 26.11.2020. adopted the Decision on the sale of all 13.359 of the Company’s own shares at its disposal, which represent 2,1768% of the Company’s share capital. The transaction will be done by the broker representing the Company who will place all the shares on the market.
The decision was made with the strategic goal of investing in strengthening the capacities of construction operations through its daughter companies Marterra d.o.o., Zagreb and ETZ d.d. Osijek.
