(hereon in the text: the Company) hereby announces that on October 26th, 2020, the Session of the Management Board of the Company will be held in order to consider the consolidated and unconsolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the Third Quarter of 2020 and the early redemption of debt securities, namely, of Company’s bonds with the symbol 3ATG (earlier ATGR-O-216A), international securities identification number (ISIN) HRATGRO216A9 and the maturity in 2021.
