Pursuant to Article 459, Paragraph 3 of the Capital Market Act, Atlantic Grupa d.d., Miramarska 23, Zagreb (hereinafter referred to as: “Atlantic Grupa d.d.“ or the “Company“) hereby announces the consideration of the issuance of new bonds of Atlantic Grupa d.d., along with their admission to the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as: the Transaction).
For the purposes of support to the mentioned Transaction, the following consultants have been engaged - Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d., OTP Banka d.d., Privredna banka Zagreb d.d., Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d., Zagrebačka banka d.d., in their capacity as the agents and sponsors of the issuance, and the Law Firm Šavorić & Partners, in its capacity as the legal advisor.
In case of the execution of the Transaction, Atlantic Grupa d.d. will timely announce information about the same and the conditions of the Transaction, in accordance with positive legal regulations.
