Dalekovod d.d. headquartered in Zagreb, Marijana Čavića 4, OIB: 47911242222 (hereinafter: the Company), informs the investment public that, due to difficult business conditions caused by the COVID-19 disease pandemic and measures taken to prevent the spread of the disease, it will not be able to meet the prescribed obligation to publish audited annual financial statements for 2019 and the quarterly financial statements for the first quarter of 2020, within the time limits and in the manner prescribed by Article 462 of the Capital Market Act.
The Company will publish its audited annual financial statements for 2019 and quarterly financial statements for the first quarter of 2020 by May 31, 2020.
