JADRAN d.d., Bana Jelačića 16, Crikvenica, PIN: 56994999963 (hereinafter referred to as the Company), pursuant to the issued public statements of ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority) and local regulator HANFA (Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency) of March 27, 2020, related to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the financial reports publication deadlines, states as follows:
Company will not be able to publish its audited annual reports for 2019 and unaudited quarterly reports for the first quarter of 2020 within the legally prescribed deadlines. New business conditions, due to the COVID-19 disease pandemic and measures taken by the Civil Protection of the Republic of Croatia to prevent the spread of the infection, have resulted in restrictions on the mobility of parties involved in the preparation of financial statements and technical difficulties in collecting necessary data needed for the successful finalization of the reporting and auditing of the financial statements of the Issuer and the Group.
The Company expect to publish the audited annual reports for 2019 and unaudited quarterly reports for the first quarter of 2020 no later than June 30, 2020, in accordance with the possibility as provided by ESMA and HANFA.
