ZAGREB, Aug 20 (Hina) - Yet another attempt of the formation of a new Council of Ministers in Bosnia and Herzegovina failed on Tuesday when the country's three-member presidency did not manage to agree on the nomination of the Prime Minister-Designate and on the approval of Bosnia's Annual National Plan of Reforms (ANP), a document necessary for its NATO membership bid.
