ZAGREB, March 29 (Hina) - The Split County Office of Chief State Prosecutor on Friday launched an investigation against Zoran Tadic, a dual Serbian and Australian citizen who lives in Sydney, on suspicion of the murder of 30 civilians and 13 Croatian soldiers in November 1991 in the town of Skabrnja, in Zadar's hinterland.
