Pursuant to Articles 132 and 134 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Atlantic Grupa d.d. (hereon in the text: the Company) hereby announces that on February 27, 2019, the Session of the Management Board of the Company will be held in order to consider the consolidated and unconsolidated financial results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter of 2018.
Also, Atlantic Grupa d.d. hereby announces that on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at the Headquarters of the Company, starting at 10:00 AM, the presentation for investors announcing financial results for the Fourth Quarter 2018 and unaudited financial results for the year 2018 will be held.
