Accompanied by Bosnian Deputy Defence Minister Marina Pendes, Kotromanovic laid a wreath at a monument with the names of Croat civilians and captured members of the Croatian Defence Council killed in an attack on the village.
According to available data, 74 people were killed, including women and the elderly. The youngest victim was a 18-year-old young man.
Before laying the wreath, Kotromanovic attended a commemoration of the massacre and Mass.
By visiting Krizancevo Selo, he wrapped up a two-day working visit to Bosnia during which he also visited a hospital in Nova Bila that was built with the Croatian government's financial support.
Kotromanovic and Pendes on Saturday discussed Croatian-Bosnian military cooperation, assessing it as successful and mutually beneficial, the Croatian delegation told Hina.
They also discussed the cooperation between their ministries and Croatia's experience and possibility of assisting Bosnia make faster progress towards NATO membership.
