ZAGREB, Nov 28
(Hina) - The aim of the proposed amendments to the
Act on Financial Operations and Pre-Bankruptcy Settlement is to
accelerate pre-bankruptcy proceedings and facilitate their successful
outcome, Finance Minister Slavko Linic said at the government's
meeting on Thursday when the draft amendments were sent to
parliament.
