ZAGREB, Nov 27
(Hina) - Representatives of many associations of
victims of the wars in the area of former Yugoslavia in the 1990s on
Wednesday criticised the work of the International Criminal Tribunal
for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), describing it as an inefficient
institution, however, the Hague-based UN tribunal's president, Theodor
Meron, refuted criticism during a conference on the ICTY's 20th
anniversary, held in Sarajevo.
