ZAGREB, Nov 26
(Hina) - The Hungarian oil company MOL has asked the
International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) to
commence arbitration proceedings against the Croatian government for
breaching certain of its obligations and undertakings in relation to
MOL's investments in Croatia, the company said in a press release
posted on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange on Tuesday
evening.
