(Hina) - Three nongovernmental organisations, Zagreb
Pride, CroL and the Centre of Civil Courage on Tuesday submitted a
request to the Constitutional Court to assess the constitutionality of
the Croatian Parliament's decision to call a referendum on the
constitutional definition of marriage for December 1 and they also
urged the court to suspend that decision.
