(Hina) - Croatian Parliament Speaker Josip Leko said
on Tuesday the Social Democratic Party (SDP) caucus had not yet
decided whether or not to ask the Constitutional Court to assess if
the referendum issue of the civil initiative "In the Name of The
Family" was in line with the Constitution, adding however he
personally believed it would be good to use the independence of the
Constitutional Court and all democratic institutions and have them
examine the referendum issue.
