LJUBLJANA, Nov 5
(Hina) - Slovenian Prime Minister Alenka Bratusek
said on Monday that the issue of so-called transferred saving deposits
of Croatian clients with the now defunct Slovenian bank Ljubljanska
Banka Zagreb could not be dealt with by Croatian courts because the
issue was regulated by a memorandum signed by the prime ministers of
the two countries in Mokrice on March 11.
