(Hina) - Justice Minister Orsat Miljenic told
parliament on Tuesday that proposed amendments to the Criminal
Procedure Act would introduce "stricter game rules" and a series of
time frames and that they would also put victims in the focal point in
order to prevent their "secondary victimisation".
