BRUSSELS/LUXEMBOURG, Oct 21
(Hina) - The European Union on Monday
expressed serious concern at the failure of Bosnia and Herzegovina's
political leaders to agree on the implementation of the European Court
of Human Rights ruling in the Sejdic/Finci case and said that the
Council of the EU would discuss the matter in November.
