Participants will share experiences in European Union integration, the use of European funds, the exploitation of renewables, and energy efficiency.
The two-day fair was opened by Croatian Public Administration Minister Arsen Bauk, who said local self-government in Croatia had mostly fulfilled its role in administration, welfare and municipal duties.
The first NEXPO was held in Sarajevo two years ago and the next one will be in Plovdiv, Bulgaria in 2015.
