She was commenting on European Justice Commissioner Viviane Reding's statement that no compromise had been reached on the EAW.
"The solution will be found on Wednesday and Thursday. That agreement will be realised then and we will have solved the problem to everyone's satisfaction. This will be visible by the end of the week," Pusic said, indirectly confirming that Reding would meet with Croatian Justice Minister Orsat Miljenic.
According to the European Commission, Reding and Miljenic will meet in Brussels on Wednesday in an attempt to find a compromise on EAW application in Croatia.
Reding said in Helsinki earlier on Tuesday that no compromise had yet been reached with the Croatian government on the EAW and that she expected Croatia to change the law on judicial cooperation in criminal matters with European Union countries. She added that she expected Miljenic in Brussels to discuss Croatia's EAW law.
Asked to comment on Reding's statement, Pusic said, "That statement is probably along the lines of 'it's not over till it's over,' but the whole problem has been solved."
